Hi I canceled my service but they didn't mention returning equipment. Do they automatically send a box to return?

Hello @user_75av61 We have multiple options How to Return Your Xfinity Equipment. You can choose any of the options available. But if you are doing a UPS pickup from your house you will need to provide a box.
