Canceled my Account

I send a message out months ago to have this Now account canceled. Please canceled! Cancel NOW services

 

You can cancel NOW subscriptions anytime using the NOW Portal.

Cancel services pre-activation (before activating your account) or post-activation. If you cancel services pre-activation, you may be eligible for a refund.

Note: Refunds are not available for NOW TV & Streaming products. 

If you have attempted this, can you let us know what error you are receiving when you try to complete the cancellation?
