canceled internet but still billed

hello. I belived I canceled my service. there is no information on my account that I got any internet plan. my sister moved to my place and she got the internet now. she paid her new bills, but u still charged me.

please help. 

I looked for "direct message" but I dont see that option if I am logged in.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
