Cancelation

I recently tried to request to begin cancelation process for my xfinity internet through the assistant, I tried to specify that I cannot take phone calls to no avail, can I cancel without phone calls?

I think thousands of us are trying to cancel and cannot unless we call and sit on the phone for hours. Not sure how it’s legal tbh
