Cancelation
I graduated college last year and was living with some guys from college. So I took on getting us WIFI. Now that our lease is up I moved into an apartment where the WIFI is include in my rent so I need to cancel my Xfinity services. BUT every time I try to cancel my account and schedule a call back it says Xfinity is having difficulties. I have tried several times over the course of two weeks now at all times of the day but cannot get a call back or get in contact with anyone. It's incredibly frustrating that I cannot just cancel Xfinity's services without some form of coercion to keep me as a customer. I do not want other packages or options. I do not need them. What I need is my services canceled.
