Cancelation of service

Hello,

I have called twice since around March 24th to have my account canceled. Since that date, I have been charged twice. My service location burned to the ground on the 23rd of March. My rented equipment along with everything else perished in the fire. Is there anyway to actually get this taken care of. I do not wish to continually be charged for a service I am not using.
