user_nicf9x Customers can cancel their NOW Internet service themselves through the NOW Portal. You will need to log in to the portal and follow the cancellation process outlined there. NOW internet is a prepaid service which we don't have the ability at this time to manage or change for customers, but the NOW portal should allow to get your cancellation completed.
