Cancelation of ALL Services

I will be moving to a new location shortly, and Comcast/Xfinity doesn't offer service in said location. I need to cancel my contract. Calling any call center either gets me transferred 100 times and leaves me waiting, or I get someone overseas who doesn't understand a word I say and gives me attitude or BS copy/paste scripted explanations. I'm tired of it. I need my services canceled and disconnected by the 5th of May, and I need acknowledgement that I will not be paying any further. I have no problem turning the router in at my closest local location. I need my account and services killed.

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Comcast Business”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
