Cancelation Fee
If you are considering Xfinity - DO NOT! I have to move for a job and because they do not service the new area they are charging me an ETF. I have always paid on time and been a great customer. Even when internet service would go out and not work proper or provide my contracted speeds, I still paid my bill on time! I will never every encourage anyone to consider such a company that does not understand how sometimes @#%$ happens!

@user_kajqbc I am sorry to hear about the ETFs applied to your account. Per our cancellation policy and the agreement you signed with your promotion this scenario of cancelling early due to a move would fall under a situation we would charge $10/mo for each month left in the contract. We have no way to credit them in this situation.
