Hi, I'm trying to cancel my services, but the AI chatbot keeps telling me to reschedule, sends a link that won't load, and can't help me further. How do I contact someone to finalize my cancellation?

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
