Cancel

I want to cancel my Xfinity internet - when booking an appointment, it tells me “Cancel using Infinity Assistant.” When I try using Xfinity Assistant, it says I have to schedule a callback. Every time I try to post about it here (which Reddit recommends), it gives me an error message. This shouldn’t be that difficult - I just want to cancel the service!!!
