I am pretty sure it's illegal to make it nearly impossible to allow your customers to easily cancel their account. Amazon just got sued for this exact thing.
I need to cancel my account. I am not waiting for a call next week to be thrown some sales pitch. Times are tough, its easily $200 I could use for anything else. I'm annoyed I have to jump through so many hoops when I work 2 jobs and have ill family members I need to take care of. I don't have the time for this.
