Cancel Xfinity
I called to reach an internet representative and it’s nearly a maze trying to get the right person. In the midst of all the recorded lines, the call drops but if there weren’t so many numbers to push and people to talk to before reaching the right person, I wouldn’t have had to go through the call dropping as I jumped through hoops to reach the right person. One time the recorded line even hung up on me after I kept asking for an internet representative. The recorded line ask endless questions before reaching anyone regardless of how specific I am about who i would like to talk to. Xfinity is way too expensive for it to ever give me issues about reaching a representative.
