Cancel Xfinity Home Security

I want to cancel Xfinity Home Security. My dashboard/hub is completely dead, and after spending 3.5 hours in various ways trying to get Xfinity to replace it (apparently no one can simply send me replacement equipment), including Xfinity not showing up for the appointment, I am giving up.  I have spent at least another hour trying to figure out how to cancel it.  

I would like the service canceled and instructions to return the equipment if necessary (the dashboard, sensors, keypad, etc. are all at least a decade old).
