Cancel xfinity essentials

Can't ever talk to anyone when you move to try and get everything up and going to much of a head ache talking to an automated system that doesn't even read back ur account numbers correctly when u type them in im going to switch to a new internet.. injust baid my bill which I obviously can't use the internet so I want my money back
