Cancel Xfinity emails

Ever since I moved to a new location and transferred my internet, I'm continuously receiving emails from Xfinity - 9 in the past 14 days. I don't want to receive any of these, and consider them spam (e.g., information about Voice Remote, TV apps, Call of Duty... all of which I'm very uninterested in). 

 

I have tried to update my privacy/communication preferences multiple times, but each time I do the website crashes. I need these emails to stop, and I need to be able to unsubscribe from unwanted advertisements, as I'm entitled to do under U.S. law.

@ComcastChe Yes! I have used three different avenues to opt out now. The link you provided, and the two methods listed below.

 

  1. I unsubscribed by visiting customer.xfinity.com and editing my "Communication, Advertising and Marketing Preferences"  > Communications from XFINITY > Marketing and Special Offer Emails > Everything is set to OFF
  2. I also tried doing what @ComcastMichael suggested in another thread: Go to the MyAccount app (not website) > click on the three lines in upper left corner > click on the gear to get into settings > click Do not sell my personal information > Scroll down to the bottom of this page and you should see "Marketing and Special Offers Emails", click on set preferences and see if you have anything from the email side turned on. Everything is set to OFF

Please help me stop these emails!
