Do not use it. It won't let me take it off under manage account.

Hello @user_80a57f, thank you so much for reaching out to our forum and for already trying to take advantage of those handy self-service options on the My Account app. I love using those and having control of my account in my hand, so I get it. I can definitely get xFi Complete removed for you. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?
