Cancel X1 TV Service

Hi Xfinity Support!

I would like to cancel my X1 TV service. I currently have both X1 TV and Fast Internet (the 800 Mbps service tier). I want to keep the Internet service at the same tier it is at, but fully cancel the X1 TV service.  

I tried canceling online through the chat function, but that seemed to be impossible, as it kept redirecting me to Instant TV (which I don't have). I tried calling, but was left on hold for a very long time, so I gave up. Any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated!

After reading through some of the other posts, I will send a direct message after this post goes live (as it will then unlock direct messages).

Thanks for reaching out to us!  I do apologize you weren't able to make the changes Via our online  self service https://www.xfinity.com/lp/ppc/upgrade-xfinity-internet-service options to remove your TV services.
