Cancel Voice Services

I want to cancel Voice but the chat agent said I had to call customer support.  I want to do this online and am very close to just canceling all services.  I don't understand why we cannot cancel services online.  Xfinity makes it too difficult to do this on purpose.  They get people to bundle voice and then they jack up prices and make it so difficult to cancel.  Not a way to treat long time customers.

Good evening Wheatman3571 thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here and add your voice on our Xfinity Forums!  Account changes and enrolling in new plans are done via the Xfinity Plan Builder. The exception to this is with Voice services, as a certain order type must be put in to fully remove this. We here on the Forums are happy to walk with you and ensure all changes you'd like to make are done.
