I need to cancel the TV portion of my Xfinity service and keep my internet exactly as-is. I've tried the Xfinity Assistant's live-agent chat repeatedly today and every attempt fails with 'Unable to start a live chat session.' I also requested cancellation through the chatbot at least five times over the past three months and never got action, while TV charges continued. Please have an official representative direct message me to process the TV cancellation and confirm in writing. I'm also requesting a credit for the past three months of TV charges given the repeated ignored cancellation requests.

user_ooe3aw Thank you for stopping in for help with removing/canceling your TV options on your account. With some promotions services are bundled together and to remove the TV you would need to repackage. That is the most common reason the automated options can not assist but I would be more than happy to help remove the TV services and help you find a fitting internet only plan if that is that case. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
