Cancel TV service but keep internet

Hi,

Wondering how I can go about cancelling my TV service but keep my current Internet plan (1G).  I understand that I may incur early termination fees as I had recently downgraded the TV package portion of the Xfinity plan.

Nice to meet you @user_7cacf6! Thanks for reaching out to our Xfinity Community for support via Forums. We would love to assist you with repackaging your services to ensure you have a plan that meets the needs of you and your family. As a remote worker, my life depends on my blazing-fast, high-speed Xfinity internet service, so I can completely understand the need to maintain our internet services. I am sure we will find an amazing plan for you and the great thing about Xfinity is, as long as you keep one of your essential services you actually will not be penalized for removing or adding services to your plan! So don't worry about a termination fee, let us focus on getting you the plan you need. To get started, can you please send me a Direct message with your full name and service address please? To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it
