I need to cancel my TV service but would like to keep my internet service. There is no way to do this on your website. Any assistance you can provide ASAP would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have a similar issue, we would like to keep internet and xfinity mobile phones. Our TV has never worked right since the start of the pandemic, constant XRE-03059 changing the cable boxes, reboots, new cable wires didn't help. The internet works ok and we are getting speeds as advertised. Because I have lost 5 family members since the start of this pandemic and had to change jobs I have not addressed the TV issue. I tried to switch my service package online but it says to call, I can't call while I'm working and work hasn't stopped since the beginning of this pandemic. If there is a way we can do this securely by chat or email that would be better for me. I tried to go in to the local office but there appears to be a very long wait time to get in.
