Cancel TV Plan

I added the TV plan so that I could watch baseball on CHSN. The season is over now and I want to cancel the plan.

Easiest way is to visit Xfinity.com/manage-my-account

And you can change your services on the go. If you have the Xfinity App it will make it easier to cancel, just go under Account and Manage Services.

Website is frustrating beyond belief. The app is as useless if not more. Every page I open requires an additional sign in. I think entering Ft. Knox would be easier.

@user_0gzuqm​ I agree sometimes parts of the app does not realize I am signed in and even the Xfinity Assistant thinks I am two different people at times when I need help lol.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thanks... I finally found the phone number to call. They were able to cancel the subscription over the phone.
