Cancel TV, keep streaming

Seema all posts regarding cancelling services direct to forums which say :"sign in" and "click direct message" which does not exist. Chat dudes response to cancelling TV was to sell me more stuff. Who do I contact to cancel TV, keep streaming? Is is better to scoop up all the DVR's and cable boxes and go to a Xfinity store? Any luck with that?
