Cancel TV but Keep Internet

I have had this bundled package forever, even though I never use the TV option, as we stream, and 2, was never even sent a TV box. Being we only use the Internet, I want to drop the TV portion and move to an internet only package. I have found no way to do this through the website. I started the process to change the Internet plan, but then would not let me progress, as it wants me to select a TV plan. How can we remove our services, and start with new 2 year promo for internet only?
