Cancel this plan

Like previous customers and John Oliver’s expose of this swarmy practice, I just want to cancel my plan. To be legally crystal clear:

I have switched internet providers and am requesting immediate cancellation of my Xfinity internet service.

I do not need assistance troubleshooting or changing my plan, and I am not interested in retention offers.

Please process my cancellation effective today, October 12, 2026, and provide written confirmation of the cancellation date, final bill, and any equipment return requirements.

I would prefer to complete this process entirely through written communication without a phone call.
