Cancel subscription

I have been trying to reach out to sustainer care to cancel my subscription for xfinity internet for past 2 months. I am not even using the services, but paying monthly. I have another provider that has better services, and not I have 2 plans that I am paying monthly. Please assist to resolve this ASAP.

Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service? 

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

Yeah they make it purposely complex and time consuming in order to do exactly what happened to you: get a couple more months of payment out of you. Extremely shady and I will definitely advise everyone I know not to sign up for Xfinity if given a choice.
