Cancel Subscription due to Death

My Mother passed away and I am attempting to cancel her services.  I have uploaded the death certificate, selected cancel services, and entered her info.  When I get to the section to enter my info, I cannot proceed because I do not live at an Xfinity serviceable address.

user_7esqu5 Given you are wanting to cancel her services, you can use her address for yours as well. That should fix the issue there. Otherwise it is much easier to do this in a store if there is one near you. We can also put in a request for you with a cancellation ticket, and they will just have you upload documents directly to them. It does take a little longer this way though given it's not in person. Happy to help though if you need it, and sorry for your loss!
