Cancel sub/chat bots
Don’t need anything, just putting someone’s eyes on this: I am leaving because of the stupid ai chatbot loops. I want to cancel my subscription, but can’t without calling someone apparently, but the next scheduled callback is AFTER my next billing cycle starts, which is so unbelievably scummy. Customer service here feels like getting teeth pulled with no aesthetic. I finally found out (through forums, not through actual xfinity) that I can go to the store for cancellations. I will be doing that and never coming back to this terrible company. I’m also telling everyone I know to go with literally any other option they have besides xfinity.
I would like to also say that most of the actual end-user support is adequate if you can actually get it, but the number of hoops I have to go through to get even basic answers is mind numbingly frustrating. These problems are the results of decisions made at the top.
I mean how stupid is it that the forums have an “xfinity compliments” section and not an “xfinity complaints” section? You’re avoiding the doctor because you don’t want to find out that you’re sick. It’s 2026 guys. Grow up.
Soap box over. Thank you for your time
