Cancel services

I have tried to cancel my account for 15 days without any success. They give me cancellation numbers, tell me my bill is prorated and then I continue to “receive services” at an address I am not even located at.

user_grss79 Good morning! Was the service setup for immediate disconnect? Was a future date desired for the disconnect when you originally reached out to get the service closed out?

Yes I originally set up for a future date disconnect (by 8 days) and received a confirmation number and email and the services resumed.

But that future date is now a date in the past

user_grss79 Since this was your first public post, you might need to log out and log back in for the feature to activate. The direct message feature traditionally is not activated until after your first post here on our corporate forums.
