Cancel services

I need to cancel my service due a move to a house with internet already. I’ve had such bad experiences with their phone customer service I just cannot will myself to call them again and navigate their automated [Edited: Language]. Is there any way to cancel without calling. It’s extremely stressful that they did it this way.
