cancel services

This is absolutely ridiculous. I just want to cancel my internet service, and I am constantly directed to schedule a call in 3 DAYS! I will willingly wait on the phone to just handle my cancellation request immediately. However, even that is ridiculous, there should 100% be a way to cancel services online. The ONLY reason Xfinity wants to talk to me in person is to convince me to KEEP the service. It's almost predatory. Last time I called to cancel, they told me I could just put my service on VACATION status, but they they resumed service and billed me without notifying me. I AM IRATE, and I can't even talk to a human being.
