Cancel Services
Hello, I've been trying to cancel my xfinity service as i have sold my house, I did the scheduled call back and still sat on hold for over 45 minutes with no resolution to my request. Can someone please help me cancel my service without sitting on the phone.

Can you send over a direct message with your full name and complete service address to that we can get your account pulled up together?
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
