Cancel Services

I moved out of the country and have been trying to cancel my services for 2 months. I have an overseas number, how do I cancel my services?

As long as you have an email address on file with us to receive communications, we can use that in place of your phone number to help authorize your account for you. We hate to see you leave, but disconnecting the account is something we can assist with.
