Cancel services

I need to make sure that I don’t get charged additional fees once that the service was shut off on 16 October 25. I will return router and boxes this weekend. Present economic times make it impossible to afford $400+ month.

user_vaobkl Thank you for reaching out! Have you already submitted for a cancelation of services? Equipment should be returned within 30 days of disconnection. If you do get charged for non returned equipment, those charges will be reversed once the equipment is returned and removed from your account.
