Cancel Services
I have tried all day to get an agent to cancel my services before I move out of the country and to avoid further charges at my apartment I am moved out of. I am constantly put in circles with the AI chat that says I will have a callback at my confirmed phone number "within a few minutes", but no one has called no matter how many times I have requested a call or to chat with an agent for over 9 hours. I must cancel services this is impossible and I don't know what else I can do. The Xfinity assistant is useless.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
