Cancel services
I want to cancel my services and the fact that I cannot do it any other way than taking a voice phone call is ridiculous and discriminatory. The only reason people are required to do this is to be convinced to stay with the company. After battling this all day today, then spending 3 HOURS in a chat and still not having resolution, there is absolutely no way I would ever even consider staying with Xfinity. I want to cancel and need to know how to do so without a phone call.

We'll need to access your account, but I can check things out and make sure we get you taken care of and know what to expect with your disconnection. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
