cancel services without phone call

the xfinity chat bot will not allow me to cancel all services without scheduling a phone call to discuss it. I don't want to talk to anyone and would like to cancel my services on a certain date online without any calls. let me know where i can find this option on the xfinity website.

You cannot do it without talking to someone. There is no way to cleanly cancel services online. You could also go to a local Xfinity store, which may be a bit more personal and at least would be someone local and not an outsourced call center.

I appreciate the info, I'm going in person to cancel since there is no option to cleanly cancel all services online. Unless an Xfinity employee can show me otherwise.
