Cancel services why is it impossible online.
There are a bunch of entries on here where xfinity employees are telling folks how to cancel their services online. However this is not possible and the system is requiring a call which can only be scheduled far out in the future. This is ridiculous how do I cancel my services? Legally it is supposed to be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. I did not have to call to sign up I did it online. Where is this option?

Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience, currently only customers who set up their account online have the option to cancel their account online.
So if you don't have the option when going out online that's due to how your account was set up and you either have to process the request to receive a call back online or you need to reach out to an actual Xfinity agent via calling our 1800 number or through our awesome Xfinity app or through one of our many social media platforms.
But go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name, complete address and I’ll be happy to assist you with cancelling your service.
