Cancel Services Online?

It's 2025, is there a way to cancel my services online? This should be standard and I know it's to prevent folks from canceling, but how can I actually cancel my services?

user_cxnash our team can help you. If you need to make a change or close the account send us a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

Hello @user_pw3cjj thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Sorry to hear you're looking to disconnect service, we'll miss you being part of the Xfinity family. Since I'll need to gather some information to help stop service that we don't want in our public reply. 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

 

To send a direct message: 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address

• Press Enter to send it
