Cancel service
I need to cancel my home internet service with Xfinity now - effective today. I tried multiple options but all made to arranging callbacks. Imagine a deaf person being limited to dealing with calls? Does it sound like Xfinity is depriving people of their basic rights to satisfy corporate greed?
I asked for cancellation service email, i requested a transfer with chats with agents - nothing worked (ready to provide chatIDs), I am back to zero but I am being charged extra 75 dollars every month for low speed internet connection with is extremely unfair taken market prices.
I demand service cancellation and official excuses if not reimbursement for the last year since the first filed request.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I sent the message as described but it is funny as it is a never ending loop. I post a message and the response points to creating another message. While we do this. Time goes by and Xfinity gets more money for the service I do not use and asked to stop.
