Cancel service

How can I cancel my service without making a phone call or going into a store location? I am unable to find a way online.

I’ve switched to fiber internet that is half the cost and twice the speed. Additionally the number of Xfinity outages in my area had gotten ridiculous. 

Please let me know how to complete the cancellation process through direct message or email. I do not want a phone call.
