Hello, @user_67hz6u thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support, and I can help get the disconnection of the account set up for. I do like to make sure I'm not overlooking with the request, are you needing the service cancelled at the location and transferred to a new address?

If looking to just close without transferring, I can place orders out in our system up to 30 days so if not needing that complete until a later date. So like to help get the expectations set up for the furthest time frame, if you're still going to need service through a specific period of time.

@XfinityJustinC PLEASE CANCEL SERVICE. Have not used Xfinity internet in 2 years. Your Phone robots will not cancel. Just added more service. Ridiculous. Getting help from Comcast/Xfinity is ridiculous. Tired of calling and talking to robots. Cancel, cancel, cancel.

@user_67hz6u I appreciate the confirmation of looking to cancel. That is definitely a long time to have not used service with us and being unable to get assistance with cancelling. I would like to help get this resolved for you. To continue, I'll need to gather some information that we don't want here in our public conversation.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "Start new message" (pencil and paper) icon

• In the "To:" line type "Xfinity Support" as you type the drop-down list which appears. Select the "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address

• Press Enter to send it

@XfinityJustinC I have done that 20 times at least already. It will not cancel. Just keeps asking me to schedule a callback for 5 days later. Getting no help is why I cancelled years ago. Now they are sending me bills for different plans instead of canceling. I despise Comcast

@user_67hz6u that isn't the experience we want you to have, and if I was in your shoes I'd be frustrated as well not being able to get this resolved after multiple attempts. I'd like to help get the experience turned around for you and can assist with getting the account closure completed. When you have time, please follow the direct messaging steps I outlined on my previous post.

As I said before. I already did all of that and it just asks for a call back.
