user_6qxjye We always hate to see a customer leave, but we can assist with that.  I will need to pull up your account to better assist. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.

There is no direct message button anywhere on the page. I clicked the support link and it shows a direct message button to the left of the bell icon and the user profile icon in the top right corner, but that button doesn't exist anymore. There is apparently absolutely no way to cancel online, yet I work odd hours and don't have time to visit the store. I am not using any adblocker, using stock Chrome and stock Windows. @XfinityAmandaB , I highly recommend you practice "silent quitting" and stop giving your earnest labor to a company that has given itself the right to steal money from people who don't even legally live at the service address anymore. I also suggest everyone start doing credit card chargebacks on this company as they make it impossible to not be robbed, and most places they offer service are also covered by AT&T anyways.

Hi there and welcome to Comcast @user_j3s7ur. I am sorry to hear that you can't message us directly. Please also note that sending unsolicited peer to peer direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership.
We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation.
