Cancel Service

This is formal notice that I am canceling my Xfinity home internet service effective today, July 10, 2026.

I am not requesting a new plan, discount, transfer, pause, or retention offer. Please process the cancellation, confirm the effective date in writing, and provide a cancellation confirmation number.

I attempted to cancel online today, but the system would only offer me a callback five days from now. I do not consent to being charged for service after today merely because Xfinity did not make an immediate cancellation channel reasonably available.

Please also confirm my final balance and any equipment that must be returned.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

To get started, we'll need to gather a few details from you so we can process the cancellation accurately and ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
