Cancel service

I canceled my service and I have a partial refund coming. Xfinity has made the option to cancel difficult. I just received a new bill even though I canceled and turned my WiFi router back in. Enough is enough. I will not get Comcast in the future again

Sharing my experience with Xfinity. I had their internet service for the past 6 years. Notified them in timely fashion of cancellation of service. All fine, I thought. Then when service done and I am ready to return the modem, the online option to print a return label is gone. It doesn't work after the service is turned off. There are NO Xfinity stores or UPS Stores in Palatka. A 60 mile round trip to St Augustine is the ONLY way to return the modem. I talked to more "agents" than I care to admit and got nowhere with any of them. Anyway, I'm headed off today to return this damned thing. Be advised if you live in the sticks and plan to end service with them, PRINT THE LABEL BEFORE service is disconnected.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear that you were not able to print the return label after disconnecting your service. Now I see that you mentioned that a UPS is not near you. Some UPS can take the equipment without the return label.

Believe me when I say I tried every option. There is no UPS store in my town nor is there an Xfinity office in my town. I just made the drive yesterday to return the modem. 45 minute one-way trip, thanks Xfinity it was a pleasure doing business with you!

I am sorry to hear that there was no UPS near you. I feel you. Every time I need to use UPS, it is a 30-minute drive with light traffic. Is there anything else we can assist you with today?
