Cancel service

I wish to cancel all Xfinity services I have.  I'm not going to Pause, Move, upgrade, or anything else.  I simply wish to end my Xfinity service immediately, and will return equipment to my local Xfinity store.  This process of even getting to this point has been ridiculously difficult, and you were supposed to do a "callback" to me 2 weeks ago, so I kind of feel like I should be refunded for those 2 additional weeks as well.  I understand that you making it excessively difficult to cancel your service is a Feature, not a Bug.

Hello, @user_hms2to I can assist you with cancelling your service. I apologize we dropped the ball on the callback and will take care of you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
