Cancel service
I have had two call back where the operator has said they would send an email confirming my cancellation I have not revived any emails nor anything saying my service has been canceled. You lot are scammers and I will be telling everyone I can to never use xfinity or any comcast product. I don't even think I spoke to a real person I am quite sure it was an AI that claimed to be real. The mere fact canceling isn't a few buttons but I have to get a call back is annoying and should be illegal.

I’d like to help confirm your cancellation is completed properly. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
