If you cancel your Xfinity service, you do not lose your Comcast email account as long as you have logged into your email account using the Xfinity Email website within 90 days prior to disconnecting your service. If you haven't accessed your email within that timeframe, you will lose access to your email account. Your email will retain the same functionality, but you won't be able to add or change existing accounts after cancellation.
