Cancel Service

I would like to cancel my service since the suspend doesn't work amd costs money. That is whole p point of suspending service! Not having to pay for something your not using. I would like to terminate service. Let me know where to mail or drop off modem. I am not paying the new bill on Feb 17th 2026. I have tried for a week to cancel service. Today is February 12th 2026 in case it's not marked or notated. I am not able to understand phone staff. Furthermore I am not able to find the direct message option that keeps being linked to in multiple threads. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter. Sincerely, JW
